ADVICE. As our working relationship
grows, you'll discover that I am open when sharing what I know when I am sure
of a situation. When that occurs, I offer specific suggestions about handling
a challenge or getting the most from an opportunity. On the other hand, when I
am unsure of a situation, I will clearly voice my concerns. No matter what, you
can count on me to speak with kindness, honesty, and integrity when I tell you
what I think. It goes without saying that you have the final decision.
MY
WORD IS MY BOND. I don't
take commitment and promises lightly. Honesty has always been my credo and is
one of the things I value the most in people with whom I surround myself. I cannot
participate in anything illegal or that violates my values. Should I ever feel
uncomfortable with something you've requested, I will tell you immediately and
confidentially.

CAN DEPEND ON ME TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS WITH YOU, BUT NOT FOR YOU. As
your Virtual Assistant, I invite you to use all of my services, resources, experience,
skills, and expertise. That said, it's important to remember that I'm here to
support you, not replace you. At some point, you decided that you needed someone
to help you carry the load and I am happy to partner with you in every way that
I can. However, there are those times that I may not always be immediately available
or I may be scheduled to be out of the office. So, use me as the resource that
I am and you will not be disappointed.
